Resubmit your selected work

Print your work and mount on a black foam core board no larger than 11” x 17” per board. Printouts should match the image files submitted for judging or be a realistic mock-up of the judged work. For each foam core board, print an ID label and attach with tape to the back side.

 

Categories allowing 1 mounted board in the show:

GENERAL DESIGN

• Logos: For single logos, print the logo to appear approximately 2” x 2” and centered on a vertical 8.5” x 11” page. For logo series, all logos and variations should appear approximately 2” x 2” and form a grid within an 11” x 17” page.

INTERACTIVE DESIGN

Print the image submitted with your entry for judging. NSSC will provide a QR code to direct viewers to the URL included in your submission.

Categories allowing up to 5 mounted boards in the show:

When submitting multiple mounted boards for an entry, handwrite on the back ID tag the preferred order for hanging (ex: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3). Do not include this order info on the front of the artwork.

If applicable, NSSC will provide a QR code to direct viewers to the URL included in your submission.

Categories allowing unmounted physical mockups in the show:

GENERAL DESIGN

• Posters: Prefer larger format prints for the Show, not to exceed 18” x 24”. No mounting board is required. Ship in a tube for best results.

PORTFOLIO

Bound book portfolios are preferred. These will be displayed on a table.

Shipping/Delivery Guidelines

On the outside of the package, clearly write “National Student Show / SAMPLES,” your first and last name, and the name of your school.

Entries can be shipped or delivered in person to the below address to arrive no later than 4PM CST April 8, 2024.
